Howard Mackert and his staff are absolutely the best! They always give me superb service. In this last service, I had an emergency and although they were swamped with repairs for other customers, they did their very best to accommodate me. I can't imagine taking my vehicle to anyone else but Mac Auto. Thanks to Howard, Jared, Clancy and all the other staff. In an ever-changing world--not always good changes--it's reassuring to know that I can depend on old-fashioned, straightforward excellent service.

As always, Mackert was top notch. Had a little snafu when I tried to pick up my vehicle after hours when the keys were locked inside by mistake. I had worked it out with Clancy to leave it unlocked and hide the key inside., as my only spare set for the vehicle was with my daughter...in SPAIN. That part of the plan worked to perfection.

I am a first time car owner this year. I took my baby to Mackert when I first had some problems with my car, which is used, 10 years. The service and quality provided at Mackert has completely solidified my trust in this shop. They go over the top to make sure your car is doing its best. I consider them car doctors. Mackert will always have my business as long as I live in the Harbor.
