From initial conversations to walking out the door after my car was repaired, the staff was clear, professional and empathetic, all at the same time. There was a clear explanation for their plan of action , also of price structure. The car was ready when promised and repairs were less than estimated. However, beyond the repair, was the clear explanation of future needs and maintenance for the vehicle. Not presented as a must do NOW situation but more of a maintenance plan . I appreciated their honest and fairness but mostly their cheerful attitudes and demeanor.
