Thorough, honest and friendly. I've been to Mackert's numerous times over the years, and I'm always impressed with their customer service and thoroughness. They really take the time to explain what's going on, your options, what you may need, what you don't need, etc. Their prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's worth it because they are honest and do good work. They can sometimes take awhile getting back to you about the status of your vehicle - that'd be my only minor complaint. Other than that, great place for repairs and general maintenance!

Professional high-quality and friendly I went to Mackert Auto to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle. They were fast efficient timely and gave me excellent recommendations. I highly recommend them!

Jared explained everything to me. Gave suggestions on what would be best to do and why. The final decision was mine. The staff at Mackert's goes out of their way to explain things to you. My vehicle is 14 years old. They listen to me when I tried to explain what the problems were. After researching the problems they the fixed the coolant leak, replaced the struts for the hood and the hatch, did an oil change and took care of the other oil leaks. They strive to make you feel like you are the only one they have to deal with. I would STONGLY recommend them to anyone who has automotive problems.
