We've relied on Mackert Automotive for several years for a range of services on our small fleet of family vehicles (4 cars.) As the various 5 star reviews attest, it's a great shop. Unfortunately, but understandably, Mackert decided recently not to service European brands. For us that means our 3 Volkswagens are now serviced by Accuracy Automotive, an excellent shop recommended by Mackert. We will, however, trust our 2025 Honda CRV to Mackert for as long as we own it. A truly outstanding shop.

Wonderful service!!

My parents car suddenly wouldn't start and they were worried about finding a reliable shop who could quickly and expertly diagnose the issue. I found Mackert Automotive was very close by so called them right before closing and a guy named Chris was extremely helpful in getting the car looked at. I also talked with another great employee named Ben and was told they checked out the entire electrical system and could not find any issues. After charging the battery up the car started great and they even did some more quality control work to confirm the next day everything was great. it is so refreshing to have an automotive shop that isn't trying to take every penny they can get from a customer or recommend things you may not actually need. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone!! I've been in the automotive world for 18 years and was very impressed with this shop. Special kudos to Ben, Chris and the tech who worked on the car!!! You've won a new customer over!!
