I am never dissatisfied when I visit Mackert Auto. Super courteous when I visit, and super accommodating when I had an emergency breakdown. I trust these folks like family.

Outstanding customer service and great work from these guys! They listen and go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle receives the care it needs. They're realistic and won't try to upsell you on anything unnecessary. All around excellent place! Special thanks to Chris who didn't hesitate to immediately pop the hood on my SUV and take a look when I first stopped by with a concern, (even though he was swamped to the gills with customers and ringing phones.) Chris and Ben have been wonderful to deal with every time. This shop won't let you down, I highly, highly recommend them.

Finding a great mechanic or auto shop like finding a great doctor you can trust and go back to time and again is just one of those things in life that is pretty priceless. It just takes the stress out. Thats been my experience with Mackert and working with Chris over the last few years. The guy is super friendly, a great listener, and Ive come to have no doubt that hes looking out for his customers best needs and interests. I probably should have written this review a long time ago, but after he and the shop went the extra mile for me (again) a couple of days ago, my guilt finally got to me! Anyway, Mackert is great and Id recommend them to anyone.

Mackert has very good service at reasonable price! Also their Full service inspection is very helpful as Mackert clarifies which items are 1 - No recommendations, good condition, 2 - Keep an eye on (may need service soon, 3 - Attention needed, service recommended, X - Safety concern, service recommended. After having Mackert do our auto work for many years Ive found them to be very trustworthy to only recommend they do work that truly needs to be done.
