We had an emergency situation while pulling our tent trailer that resulted in us having to leave the tent trailer at a camp site until we could get the truck looked at. Mackert took our vehicle without an appointment and diagnosed and fixed the problem that day. Great customer service!

Mackert replace my AC compressor, Replaced leaking head gasket. Inspected and cleaned the brakes. Great turn-around time and good communications. I would highly recomend them!

We are pleased with Mackert Automotive's skills and customer service. They strike us as honest and easy to work with, which is a great start, but they also have reasonable pricing, and they do excellent work. I have a 2014 Honda CR-V. It's a challenge to find automotive maintenance and repair that checks positive in all those areas. I'm hoping for a long-term professional relationship for the benefit of our automotive health and well-being and for the sustainability of their needed services.
