Mackert did a prompt and professional job repairing our Ford Explorer. Estimate was right on and their team got us rolling within in just over a day. Can't say thank you enough.

Finding a great mechanic or auto shop like finding a great doctor you can trust and go back to time and again is just one of those things in life that is pretty priceless. It just takes the stress out. Thats been my experience with Mackert and working with Chris over the last few years. The guy is super friendly, a great listener, and Ive come to have no doubt that hes looking out for his customers best needs and interests. I probably should have written this review a long time ago, but after he and the shop went the extra mile for me (again) a couple of days ago, my guilt finally got to me! Anyway, Mackert is great and Id recommend them to anyone.

Mackert has very good service at reasonable price! Also their Full service inspection is very helpful as Mackert clarifies which items are 1 - No recommendations, good condition, 2 - Keep an eye on (may need service soon, 3 - Attention needed, service recommended, X - Safety concern, service recommended. After having Mackert do our auto work for many years Ive found them to be very trustworthy to only recommend they do work that truly needs to be done.

Mackert automate did a quick analysis of my 2014 Chevy Cruze and determined the problem as a communication hick up between the cars computer and other systems. They also looked at fluid levels and tire conditions, Im do happy either way theyre attention to detail. Roger
