I took a ‘17 Santa Fe in after the engine light came on with the car rumbling slightly when it idled. Mackert did an awesome job at a much more affordable expense than I anticipated, and provided great customer service/communication. Highly recommended!

Honest service We had our Camry in for a routine service at a Toyota dealership. They informed us that a CV boot was leaking grease and needed replacement. There seemed to be some confusion between the shop and the service advisor on the cost of the repair so we decided to have it checked at Mackerts Auto Repair. We spoke with Chris who was very knowledgeable and gave us a ballpark estimate over the phone. We dropped the car off and within a hour they called us to say that they found out it was a loose clamp, cleaned the grease and retightened the clamp. Total cost $50 saving us hundreds of dollars over what Toyota had quoted. Needless to say I wasn’t happy that the Toyota dealership told me it was a cracked CV boot when it was a loose clamp. Thank you to Chris and the shop Mechanic and to Mackert Auto Repair for providing such outstanding and honest service.
