I was searching for a local shop, so I didn’t have to go to the dealership and MACKERT automotive exceeded my expectations all around! Their entire staff was incredibly polite and Ben, who assisted me through the process was incredibly helpful and professional. The entire establishment is very clean and well kept. Quicker service than I was expecting and pricing was right on par too. I will definitely be coming back.

Ben was so patient and kind, while explaining everything to me. It's tough to find competent, honest service these days, but Mackert is the exception! I won't take my car anywhere else for repairs. Highly recommend!!

After having been to several other automotive service companies in Gig Harbor, although Mackerts is not conveniently located or easy to find for everyone, they are well worth the effort to get there.

After a poor experience at another repair shop in town I started going to Mackert last year. I feel very confident in their work and more importantly I trust them. Overall a very positive experience!
