What a great local auto shop! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They squeezed me in for a last minute inspection and oil change before a long road trip to Cali. No high pressure sales, just honest recommendations. (Very refreshing!) They even gave me a ride home to wait for the work to be done! (So nice) They did a thorough job, for the quoted cost (no hidden charges), and their rates are very reasonable! I have a 8 year old car, and had always used the dealer for everything. I am so glad I found a great local alternative! I will be back!

Best garage ever These folks are the best. I don't know a lot about cars so I count on them to let me know about issues that I can't see or anticipate. With that, though, I never feel like I'm getting pressured to get work done that's unnecessary or premature. They do the work I ask them to and then give me enough information to make my own choices about future preventative maintenance. I highly recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for an honest garage.

Good and quick service Trouble shot a Jeep that was running rough. Got it fixed up and running smooth very quickly.

Very Good Service,Professional, and Courteous The people I dealt with was Jared and Clancy and they were very professional,courteous, and helpful. Jared explained all the issues I had with my car very plainly, and since it was a very expensive bill, he went over the items that I definitely needed to get done now and what I could put off if I wanted to cut my bill down now. Since the job was going to take an extra day, they provided a loaner car, which I very much appreciated. A suggestion I would make is if a client's bill is over a thousand dollars, it sure would be nice to get a certificate for a free car wash since they don't wash your car there(and don't have the capacity to do a car wash at their facility). My bill was over 2 thousand dollars and I would have appreciated the certificate since my car was filthy. You probably could work out a deal with the Great Car Wash to get some discounted certificates if you were going to get a group of them. Merry Christmas! Thx,Peter

Just took my car in for an oil change and had a few questions about a nation-wide recall on my second car. The Mackert folks took the time to answer my questions and even had their shop foreman take the time to talk to me further about the issue. I feel that this level of service is excellent; far beyond any other auto repair shop I have ever used. Mackert is truly dedicated to their customers and provide quality auto care at affordable prices.
