Always great service, on time and fairly priced. I have owned several cars over the years and they take good care of me. At one time I was their biggest customer except for a commercial account. That should say something! Not that they didn't do the work right, I just had lots of cars.

We always get prompt service with a nice list of work for which we need to plan. Sometimes we do our own, and questions are answered patiently.

Ours vehicles have been maintained & repaired by Mackert Automotives for 16 years. The service has always been beyond 100% (from the front office through the mechanics). Honesty, reasonable prices, & top-notch mechanical work are just a few descriptives that match Mackert Automotives. The environment is always pleasant & I feel like a "friend", not a customer when I go there! There's something to be said for seeing so many of the same faces at Mackerts for 16 yrs.(i.e. Happy Employees). I wouldn't go elsewhere even if I moved across town! I even put Mackert on my "speed dial" because that's who I would call first if I had vehicle issues on the road (and I have!). I've even asked their opinions before purchasing a new car. Really can't say enough good things about this company.

I had good service as usual and very happy when I asked them to check the brakes that they did not come back and say " oh you need new brakes." Instead they said after two different mechanics took my car out for a test drive, they both came back and said the brakes were just fine, no problem.
