Howard Mackert runs a very tight shop. It is clean and well organized, and his techs are very knowledgeable. Howard is very up front and fair, and he knows his business well including from the standpoint of customer service. He is thorough in his explanations and always tries to provide the best possible value. Howard works on our 2005 Cadillac DeVille that my daughter inherited from her granddad, and we have always been very satisfied with the results. Given the competence, reasonable price, and overall trustworthiness I highly recommend Mackert Automotive as a source of quality service for any automobile including all modern makes and classic cars as well.

Always great service, on time and fairly priced. I have owned several cars over the years and they take good care of me. At one time I was their biggest customer except for a commercial account. That should say something! Not that they didn't do the work right, I just had lots of cars.

We always get prompt service with a nice list of work for which we need to plan. Sometimes we do our own, and questions are answered patiently.
