I was very upset that Mackert did not do the original work as requested at the time of my call and so when asked to rate at that point I gave a bad report.

I've never found an automotive repair business like Mackert. The service is exceptional and work is of the highest quality.

After the oil change was finished today, I was told that both of my license plate light bulbs were burnt out. They had replaced them no charge! I feel Mackert Automotive has my best interests in mind. They have very reasonable prices, and their service can't be beat.

Came in for regular service on my Lexus RX400h and was in and out in half an hour - as promised!

As always, Quality Work, Fair Price, Good explination of work done. Actually feel like I was the Customer, not a number on the bill.
