Great customer service, including the sweet dog that greets you at the door. I am impressed with the work I had done. The shop was very busy so parking was tight. I feel that being very busy is a sign of just how good these guys are. I would recommend them every time. The waiting area is also very nice, and the bathroom is spotless - pretty important stuff if you are going to wait for a few hours.

It's rare to find business people who do what's right regardless of profits but at Mackert Automotive that's exactly what you'll get. They were able to get me in fast, they listened carefully to my issues and didn't overcharge me or do work my vehicle didn't need. They were polite and never made me feel pressured. Dropped my car off to diagnose an intermittent issue. They called once they figured out what the problem was and discussed what was wrong. They listened to all of the questions I had, and answered them with great detail.

I had an oil change, lube job and headlights replaced and tail light replaced. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
