I was very upset that Mackert did not do the original work as requested at the time of my call and so when asked to rate at that point I gave a bad report.
Update: I had responded to the owner's statements that indicated a lack of trust. I was matter of fact, but not mad. I stated that if she did not trust me, then I take responsibility for that, and she would be happier at a shop she could trust.
