I am very happy with the service Mackert gave me. They quoted me what is typically done with this type of service. I was expecting them to do everything they said but they found that some parts did not need replacing so the total owed for the service was less than the quote. They could have easily replaced those parts without me giving it a second thought. I appreciate a business that is honest and treats it cutomers well.

Great Job taking care of my Lexus!

MacAuto diagnosed the problem efficiently, corrected the problem at an appropriate cost and had the car ready to pick up at the designated time.

Although the price to replace the starter was likely in the normal range, I was told it would be about $200 when I called a couple weeks ago. It would be better to include the labor costs when people call in for estimates. Also, my elec door lock/unlock does not work after I picked up the car. It has never been a problem before

The service was done in a prompt and curtious way. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle for service.

The work was done as agreed, explained well, completed on time, priced as agreed.

Excellent job of finding the problem and correcting it.
