Brought my truck in without any notice and was back on the road in about same time as the "jiffy lube" places. However, I'm confident the drain plug was reinstalled AND tightened....unlike the experience my daughter encountered 1100 miles from home. Ruined a great engine and she got nothing but "how do we know we caused it to happen?!"
Appointment was made on the same day the problem was identified. A new water pump was secured and installed the same day. Since this was my only means of transportation I was driven home and my repaired car was delivered to my house that evening. Great service and pleasant people to deal with.
Once again, Mackert Automotive has done a wonderful job for us. They gave us a low and high end range for the job to be completed and luckily came in right in the middle. We will continue to bring our cars to Mackert!
