I never "enjoy" taking my car in to be worked on, but I always feel safe taking my car to Mackert Automotive. They take care of your car as they would their own; never suggesting you need something more than what really needs to be done. They communicate well and keep you informed of what is going on. Your car is ready when they say it will be ready. All in all, as pleasant of an experience one can have when having your car fixed.

Another great job! You can find cheaper but you will not find a better place to take your car. Oil changes done the professional way. Well worth the extra money to not end up with a drippy / leaking car in your driveway.

Well now that sounds "canned"........but it happens to be true. Mackert is crazy busy and I know why........because I trust them and obviously others do too. They call their customers by name, accommodate the unexpected, communicate consistently and are fairly priced and I don't think they take fancy training seminars to get it right. Quality customer service seems to come naturally for everyone in the shop and office. Thanks Mackert!
