Excellent, fast service. Brakes needed replacing and I was in and out with no delay. Appreciated that only those things needed were taken care of. No big list. I certainly will go back for routine oil changes as filter and fluids were overdue and not mentioned by past service companies. That neglect could have resulted in costly repairs. Thank you for your professional service. I'll see you again!

Went to Mackert's based on a referral and I was very pleased. I am especially appreciative of Jared, the service manager, who is very professional and made sure every detail was covered. Mackert continues to provide excellent service. I stumbled across them a couple of years ago and have since moved 30 miles away. I still will bring my car to them for service. They are both proficient and honest.

I was looking into buying a truck from Gig Harbor Motor Company (a review I'll post here in a second) and saw that this place was well reviewed on some other sites and went for it. All I was looking for was a pre-purchase inspection on the truck. I was informed on the phone that this was a free service, which made me happy. When I got there the staff was friendly and professional. I sat and waited while they inspected the truck and gave me the verdict; as promised, there was no charge. Sitting in the waiting room gave me a good perspective on their customer service. It seemed like everyone coming in was a repeat customer and was treated well. I took it as extra evidence that the shop was trustworthy. If they were closer to me I would use them for all of my auto maintenance. Unfortunately it's about an hour and fifteen minute drive. If I ever break down in Gig Harbor, though, I know where to go.

I am very satisfied with the experience at Mackert. Mackert now gets my business exclusively. Time will tell how well the repair will hold. I wish they weren't so expensive, but what mechanic isn't these days.
