i am totally happy with the service this company provides, very professional, and very personable. I like it that they know me by name. not very many companies out there can do that. I liked it better when i was greeted by Jarad. they have a new person sitting in jarads old desk now and i am sure she will go a great job for the mackert crew. My car won't turn on when I was in the parking lot. I called my insurance co. they sent me a towing guy and he said I just need I battery I don't know anything about cars. I went to precision they are a bit expensive. So I called mackert where my husband told me to do. I went there and check my car and Jared told me I don't need a new battery cuz my car has still 73%. He said he don't want me to buy a new battery if it isn't necessary. So he charged my car instead and now my car works great. They are awesome.
