Very happy with my service yesterday, they were busy but took my car in right away (I had an appointment) and finished in the appropriate amount of time. I do have to go back to have to have a problem taken care of but I know of Mackert's good reputation and did not question the procedure that needs to be done.

Howard Mackert and his staff are absolutely the best! They always give me superb service. In this last service, I had an emergency and although they were swamped with repairs for other customers, they did their very best to accommodate me. I can't imagine taking my vehicle to anyone else but Mac Auto. Thanks to Howard, Jared, Clancy and all the other staff. In an ever-changing world--not always good changes--it's reassuring to know that I can depend on old-fashioned, straightforward excellent service.
