Mackert Automotive is officially the only place I will have my car serviced from this day forward. This place is phenomenal. I called the day before I dropped my car off and Jared was kind enough to sit on the phone with me (even after they closed for the day) to discuss my vehicle. I was able to drop it off the next day for diagnostic work, and as soon as it was done Jared called me to update me on the issues. The mechanics were extremely thorough and found the issues the other places I'd been to had missed. They were able to receive the parts that day and begin my repair. Due to a faulty part my car was unable to be picked up that day, so to compensate they gave me a loner vehicle, and did some extra work on my vehicle for free. The next day it was ready mid-afternoon. The car runs like a champ! I am so thankful for everyone going above and beyond my expectations and making me feel so welcomed and appreciated there. Jared especially will be sure you are kept informed and educated on stuff you don't understand so that you can make educated decisions on repairs.

Very professional. Correctly diagnosed a problem that had been missed by other shops.

I have been taking my car to Mackert for the last year - they are incredibly courteous, do a wonderful job, and are very communicative. While they closed at 5:00pm, the staff stayed late on a FRIDAY to make sure we were able to run over there and have a car for the weekend.
