I leave with feeling I have nothing to worry about. The staff is friendly and always takes time to answer all my questions.

As usual, the service was great. More work was needed then I had scheduled and everyone hustled to get the car ready for me to pick up on time.

We were treated fairly. They did not sell us things we did not need, but made sure they fixed the necessary items. I will definitely use them again.

The folks at Mackert are always helpful and aim to please. They are busy so don't leave making your appointment to the last minute. However, they are busy because they are good. An honest mechanic is a treasure when you find it and one worth keeping.

Because I was overdue for an oil change and was driving to Seattle a couple of times, Clancy told me to drop by and he would check my oil to make sure my car was okay to drive these long trips. And then, after making my appointment for an oil change I had to change the time due to kids activities. Clancy was very helpful and nice to rearrange a few things to make it so I could come in a little later for my oil change. As always, they were kind and helpful to me with my busy and schedule.

I was very happy with the professionalism and service I received at Mackert Automotive. The mechanic there had my Subaru Forester diagnosed and fixed in very little time and identified some additional things that needed to be addressed but were things that I could do myself to save a few bucks.
