I left my 2002 Jetta with them, and asked them to verify whether or not my timing belt had broken. They were able to confirm this for me without charging me a dime! They offered to perform a $100 "check-up" to determine how much it would cost to repair my car, but I declined, and decided to cut my losses and sell it for whatever I could get. They allowed me to keep the Jetta in their parking lot for 48 extra hours while I found a buyer. They didn't even complain! Great people here!

First time customer. Their approach to my problem was much more rational than the one suggested by the dealership mechanics. Also saved me over $1,000 in work! I will definitely be back when the need arises.

Their loyal following is not because of Groupon coupons, catchy advertising, bait and switch tactics but just trust. A great service at a fair price. Very happy with my service yesterday, they were busy but took my car in right away (I had an appointment) and finished in the appropriate amount of time. I do have to go back to have to have a problem taken care of but I know of Mackert's good reputation and did not question the procedure that needs to be done.

As I read in other reviews, I agree with the first rate service, work and style of this company!
