This auto shop is great. I have been to others and they have been cold and dirty and with nobody was in the office. Until a mechanic saw that someone was in the office and came in. This company has priffecional people in to greet and take care of you. I feel very comfortable there knowing that they will only do what needs to be done and not what they want to do to make money for the shop. And they communicate with you prior to doing the job. Great place to do business with. Besides myself, I have been sending others to Mackert and they were very satisified with the results. One person had his own shop until his injuries, He trust you with his vehicles and he also has been sending business to you. Word of mouth is a great way to get more business. I myself can not do much and I trust this place more than dealers. My daughter got me started there because I use to do most of my own work, after surgies made it hard for me to do anything on cars. Staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. Honest. A bit pricey in that I paiid more than I would have at my Tacoma auto dealership. However, convenience of not crossing the bridge is worth something. Will keep them on my list for a return visit.

Service was fast, efficient, friendly, and they have a great warranty on all parts and service. They have a convenient drop box for keys for my early-morning dropoff, and I just can't find anything negative to say.
