Have been here two or three times for different types of service to my '96 Toyota 4Runner and each time have felt the work was done well and the pricing was realistic and the bill has always been what the quote stated the work would cost. Howards did a great job in hiring the right employees, they always take that extra effort to assure the job is done right, clean up after themselves and assure that the vehicle they return to you is one they would gladly turn over to a family member, Thanks Guys !

My experience here was great overall. My car was there for routine maintenance and ended up needing a few additional fixes. My radiator hoses were overdue to be replaced, so they were scheduled to be replaced the following day, however the incorrect parts were delivered to the shop. This was probably not the fault of the shop, but it's hard to know for sure. With that delay, the job could not be completed until Monday, meaning I would be without a car for the weekend. Thankfully, Mackert offered to let me use one of their loaner vehicles for the weekend, which was a great option! Throughout the process, they were very good about communicating with me, and I always felt like they were being honest about the needs of my car - I haven't always felt this way when working with other mechanics, so that was wonderful!
