Consistently good service I feel confident to leave my vehicles in the hands of Mackert. Competent, polite staff. Justin is a reasonable replacement for Clancy. Just needs to take the time to listen to the customer on the phone. Where has Clancy gone?

One of the pleasures of car ownership is finding a reliable mechanic who is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Mackert Auto is all this and more. Owner Howard and everyone on his staff are nice people who treat us with respect, get the work done quickly and thoroughly, and go the extra mile (literally driving me to and from home when our car is serviced). They have our highest recommendation.

Speedy, thorough, fair Mackert treated my repair needs professionally, speedily, and at a fair price. While Mackert employees did make suggestions for additional preventative maintenance, given that they had already unbuttoned much of the engine compartment, I appreciate the absence of the annoying upselling that often attends the industry. With any luck, I wont need their services again any time soon. But when I do, I will return to Mackert for the work.

Oh Boy! I've been a customer of Mac Auto for the last decade. This week, (on Friday), I called telling them I felt like I had a front bearing problem. They told me to bring it to them and they would do a diagnosis on the car and if possible (get the parts) they would fix it that day. I received a call at 4pm telling me the car was ready. When I got there they told me the bill was $65.00. They said nothing was wrong with the bearings but the front tires were a little cupped and made it sound like a bearing problem. Great news. Thanks guys for your honest and fast work. I'm back on the road.

I have been using Mackert for a few years now and always a pleasant experience. I was asked to bring the car in at 8 am. for an all day 90,000 service. This was the second time I came a few minutes after 8 am and the door still locked. I was called later to let me know what was found to be done on the car in terms of service. Ben was very nice and helpful, going back to look at previous service records and decided and that one item could be deferred until the next routine visit. Much appreciated since it was another $300. or so. I do appreciate Arlen taking me home and picking me up. I live in a neighborhood were most are working or elderly and would be an imposition if I asked them to be chauffer for me. and most of my friends are elderly and the same goes with them.. Mackert is a good company and will continue to use their services. I do wish after servicing they had a car wash facility but they did vacuum out the front floorboards.

Van maintenance and repairs These guy did it again. Under budget and on time or early, I have drought my van to them for three years now and not once have I ever been disappointed. I have a 1999 ford E150. I use it for work as a contractor. I'm not afraid to say that this van put up with its share of abuse, constantly full loaded with tools and materials. The crew at Mackert have kept me going with there attention to details and great workmanship. They have done everything from a simple oil change to diagnosing and repairing gostly issues, all without breaking the bank. Search for "phantom" problem I have trusted Mackert Auto for many years with several of my cars and Howard's team has never let me down. I took my grandson's car in to hopefully solve an intermittent problem with the power steering. While the crew spent a good deal of time and effort in attempting to duplicate the problem without success, they did not charge for their good efforts. I left the car for their further efforts because, in my opinion, if Howard's crew can not find the problem and solve it, it will forever be the fault of the "auto goblins". They are normally a genius at finding the most obscure problems and I am sure this will be no exception. beyond that, the crew are always courteous and considerate.
