Top notch! Great customer service!!! I have been using Mackart for years now and each and everyone of the guys that work here are TOP NOTCH! They truly care about their customers. I went in for an oil change and they noticed that I needed a full system flush and instead of waiting to tell me about it when I hit my 10 year mark they let me know that they would be able to take care of it right away. I was not forced in any way to have it done however, I trust them all and their opinion! Thanks guys for all you do and continue to do for me and my family!

Extinct Car They don't make Suzukis anymore and parts can be hard to find. I needed a new ignition lock. Jered found the part and also found someone in Bremerton to program the key. He always called me to give me a status report. This kind of service is not unique for Mackert...it's typical!

What a great group in the front office who take care of you when you drop off your car and pick it up. They are friendly, helpful, and cover every conceivable thing that you might need to know. I brought a mid 2000 VW for a fluid leak. In 2 days they checked for oil leak with UV dye, found a transmission leak. Changed the transmission filter, gasket, fluid with flush, for a reasonable price. Good location near highway and downtown. Had key drop off. personable, educational, did not seem to want to upsell me, performed competent work, leak seems to be gone, and car shifts (literally) like new. Summary:. I will absolutely use again.
