Professional, thorough, quality service

Service etc. I always get good service with Mackert. The only think I question is did they look at a/c? During some hot weather it did not put out as well as it should, to me. Taking far too long to cool vehicle.

Fantastic service We took our car in for brake troubles. When I dropped they drove me to work since I was without a vehicle. We got our diagnostics that same day and they offered to keep the car overnight so that I could have a better part installed that would not be there until the morning. While it could have been fixed same day I truly appreciated that they explained the differences in my options and that waiting one more day for a shipment to arrive would be the most cost effective and more reliable option. The guys stayed a little late so that we could pick up our car the next day (I got off work at the time they close) and went over everything that was fixed and what we can do to help make sure that the malfunction doesn't happen again. Everything was fixed at a reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier about the service we received. We won't be going anywhere else for future repair needs!

These guys do everything to get you back and work with you. I like that.
