Search for "phantom" problem I have trusted Mackert Auto for many years with several of my cars and Howard's team has never let me down. I took my grandson's car in to hopefully solve an intermittent problem with the power steering. While the crew spent a good deal of time and effort in attempting to duplicate the problem without success, they did not charge for their good efforts. I left the car for their further efforts because, in my opinion, if Howard's crew can not find the problem and solve it, it will forever be the fault of the "auto goblins". They are normally a genius at finding the most obscure problems and I am sure this will be no exception. beyond that, the crew are always courteous and considerate.

The crew at Marckerts took the time to diagnose a problem unfamiliar to their shop and successfully solve the issue. I was provided a loaner during the repair process and knew that I was in the best hands possible. I heartily recommend Howard's shop as your go-to auto professionals.
