I came in when my truck engine light came on. Their diagnostics took a few days and was going to run over the weekend. Mackert was quick to offer a loaner car at no charge. What a great offer , as I was going to be left without a vehicle. Thank you. Also, when the diagnostics where complete, Mackert Automotive had determined that the work required to fix my truck is still under warranty. They called my dealership to be sure of that before they informed me. They then put my truck back together, performed an oil change and sent me on my way. I am now working with the dealership to fix the warrantied work, but I would like to thank Howard Mackert and all of his staff for their outstanding work and customer service. They took the extra steps to determine a better path for me to get my truck fixed, potentially saving a large out of pocket expense. Thank you, Ambrose Lobato
