l wish I had been warned that since they didn't know exactly the problem, it was possible that it would have to stay over the weekend, since it was a Friday. I could of brought it any time- it was not not an emergency- only repairing heated seat. Also it would cost 169.00 to put it back together to take home.... that all makes sense but I am 82 and jusst recently started caring for the car as well as my husband who has dementia., and not aware of all this. I learnedd a lot!! Also, I should have read the policy more carefully, I would never have had it repaired with the deductable- wasn't that important to us. only if it was totally covered in warrenty. Everyone in the shop was kind and polite and helpful
