Truck runs like its new. No leaks or drips from oil filter change. The guys did a great job and some of the best mechanics in the Harbor. Thanks Howard, Ben, Justin and to the rest of the guys.

Bob said his vehicle was really a pain to get into, until they fixed his issue. He was happy with the outcome and it was at the predicted price. He stated he has a feeling they are very competent with the work they do.

Our car was due oil and filter change. Our schedules were full and finding the time was an issue. A cancellation was available next day. So my wife drove her car in at 8:30 am one of the guys from the office rode with her to her class then drove the car back to the shop for its scheduled maintenance.....pretty cool guys, thank you.

l wish I had been warned that since they didn't know exactly the problem, it was possible that it would have to stay over the weekend, since it was a Friday. I could of brought it any time- it was not not an emergency- only repairing heated seat. Also it would cost 169.00 to put it back together to take home.... that all makes sense but I am 82 and jusst recently started caring for the car as well as my husband who has dementia., and not aware of all this. I learnedd a lot!! Also, I should have read the policy more carefully, I would never have had it repaired with the deductable- wasn't that important to us. only if it was totally covered in warrenty. Everyone in the shop was kind and polite and helpful

Trust is key in a relationship involving your transportation. Both of my cars have over 200,000 miles on them, and I feel confident that Mackert Auto will allow be to have these cars for another 100,000 miles.

Big shout out to Justin & all the folks at Mackerts who worked on my beloved VW Surfmobile. They chased down the problem, worked diligently to get the correct part (she’s an older vehIcle!) and now she’s running better than ever! I’m new to area so this is a great relief to find a shop I can trust.
