Have been nursing my 18yr. old BMW 740i for last several years. Still runs great but inevitable that issues arise. Recently had my altenator replaced and some suspension work done and liked very much the way Mackert communicated the work they recommended to be done. Also impressed by the 3 year warranty on their work including the out-of-town coverage. Very professional shop and I likely will return.

I took my 1997 Honda Civic in because the key would get a little stuck when turning off the engine and I couldn't easily remove the key. I thought I probably needed to have a new ignition assembly put in. The great people at Mackert Automotive always go for a solution that is the least expensive first. They sprayed some graphite into the ignition and it works perfectly again! No charge! They always look out for me at Mackert and this is not the first time I've walked out saying WOW!
