I called and had my car towed in. Phil gave me a ride to enterprise in the snow storm while my car was fixed. They did excellent work on my car and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.

We had an issue with our transmission (2013 GMC Acadia) It locked into first gear and the engine light was on at the beginning of the last snow storm. We called Mackert Auto for an appointment. They reviewed the issue on the cars computer, checked service bulletins issued from General Motors, checked all the electrical connections for the transmisson and test drove the vehicle. They couldn't get the car to do it again.... but, they could see the history of the error codes. We don't need a new/rebuilt transmission right now....thankfully! But if it happens again, we will bring over for another look.. Thank you guys Ed and Laura Miller Olalla, WA

I have been very happy with the work that Mackert has done on my vehicles so far. Great customer service and communication. Will have them a call here shortly the ABS light is lit up on the Titan.

Mackert has great customer service and they’re very up front with cost of specific services. We used to go to dealerships to service our cars but those days are over. I would highly recommend Mackert to anyone!
