My wife and I are not "car people" and we need a trusted mechanic to take care of our vehicles. We found that at Mackert. I know that when they recommend work it's something that I really need. They're also good at letting me know what can wait for later.

My car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks and I was given a loaner car on the spot. On top of that they worked to find the most affordable repair for my car. Everyone is so helpful and I trust them to do the best job for a fair price.

Took my 14 year old Chevy in for an oil change and chassis lube and got so much more. They checked all the fluids and found my power steering fluid was black and low AND that I needed a brake fluid flush. They were prompt and courteous. Thanks to a local non-chain shop that’s thorough and highly competent.
