I feel like Mac Auto has changed. Still good to do bussiness with , but less likely to work with the client. I appriciate a timely diagnosis which was that my 06 prius needed a new hybrid battery. Although the price was probably better than Toyota dealer, it is not comparable to the new movement of green/hybrid cars. After further research we went with Green Bean hybrid battery. 1549$ includes a refurbished battery that every cell has been refreshed and tuned to match the other cells, install at your home or location, and a 5 year warranty that includes installation. I was told by Mac Auto that they were more interested in the warranty than the price. If the battery has been refurbished correctly then the company will proudly offer a good warranty. The offer from Mac Auto was 36,ooo miles warranty with a 3350$. Not a little difference. I miss the old Mac auto.

Have been nursing my 18 yr. old BMW for last several years. Still runs great but inevitable that things start to need attention at this stage. My alternator went and needed some suspension work. Liked the way Mackert communicated the work they thought was required. Also like the 3 year warranty. My first time here and likely to return.

Quick response to a billing concern , that turned out to be a mistake of mine. My husband and I have gone to Mackert for 9 years and always had good service and felt the team explained what needed to be done in an understandable way. We will count on them to keep our cars going to the 300,000 mile mark! My front light replacement was 300$ and took 2 days. When the other one needed replacement I took it to Pennisula Subaru and it was replaced under warranty while I waited
