Overall I am happy with the staff and the work completed. My only complaint is this, I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead, I was under the assumption with this appointment you would work on my truck that morning. I dropped off the night before so you had it 1st thing. When I spoke to Justin, around 10 or 11 I got the impression that nothing was really being done yet. No one called me, I called in. The problem is that is my work truck and told you up front it is urgent to get back quick if possible, plus I had to rent a car. Long story short, it went into a 2nd day and was completed. Changing spark plugs and drained intercooler was final remedy and seems to work well now.
I'm so sorry Bob, we really do try to get working vehicles out sooner. I'd like to give you a credit for the extra rental car day if that's good with you.
Again, let me apologize, this is not our normal mode of operation.
