EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I got a "Service Brakes" message that my owner's manual said needed immediate attention. Although Mackert usually has a good 1-2 week wait to get an appointment, I talked to Howard who told me to bring it in right away. They got it in that day and found a leaking caliper. I had my brakes serviced there over two years ago, and they informed me that this prior work was still under warranty with them. They fixed the issue and I had my car back early the next morning, for no charge. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back here.
