EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I got a "Service Brakes" message that my owner's manual said needed immediate attention. Although Mackert usually has a good 1-2 week wait to get an appointment, I talked to Howard who told me to bring it in right away. They got it in that day and found a leaking caliper. I had my brakes serviced there over two years ago, and they informed me that this prior work was still under warranty with them. They fixed the issue and I had my car back early the next morning, for no charge. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back here.

As always, the service is excellent and the employees friendly. After recently taking my daughters brand new car in for its first oil change at another local establishment and they left the cap off spilling oil everywhere, I realized the importance of making the time to make an appt with trusted professionals.
