Once again Mackert surpassed my expectations. Two separate places told me I needed a complete air conditioner in my Jeep. Mackert ran diagnostics and found it only needed a recharge. $100+ It’s working like new. They are honest, professional and awesome!

I have had my car repaired twice at Mackert Automotive and felt secure each time with their knowledge and recommendations. They are upfront with their assessments but put pushy. I feel comfortable that my car and my safety are well taken care of. Since I am single I truly appreciate that they drive me back to my home in Gig Harbor while they work on my car (if it requires a full day) and then pick me up when they are done.

Both Ben and Justin were more than helpfull, and more than honest, in providing an honest assessment of what did and did not have to be done. They didn’t just try to maximize Mackerts profits, but performed work and repairs at a cost much lower than what I expected. Very pleased and will be my go to repair shop in the future .
