Mackert’s was great to work with - they got us scheduled quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a quote that was pretty close to reality (actual cost was a bit cheaper than the quote!). The work was excellent and they guarantee their work too!

I have had my car repaired twice at Mackert Automotive and felt secure each time with their knowledge and recommendations. They are upfront with their assessments but put pushy. I feel comfortable that my car and my safety are well taken care of. Since I am single I truly appreciate that they drive me back to my home in Gig Harbor while they work on my car (if it requires a full day) and then pick me up when they are done.
