Have found Mackert Automotive in Gig Harbor, WA to be knowledgeable, thorough and efficent...as well as being very fair with their pricing. They warranty their work which brings peace of mind after repairs are complete. The front desk always keeps me informed on the status of the diagnosis and repair of my vehicles. We've been using Mackert Auto to repair our vehicles for many years, and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

We decided to take our car here instead of across the bridge to the dealership for our 60,000 mile maintenance. We saved tons of time and it cost us $300 less at Mackart. Thanks, guys!!!

When my car needs maintenance or something goes wrong I go to one place…Mackert Automotive. True professionals and very knowledgeable. This past week the battery in my car died, at least I thought that’s what happened. I had it towed to Mackert of course. My car was ready the next day. I learned that my alternator was not working. They realized I had a new one installed a couple of years ago. They used the warranty for a new alternator and labor. They tested my battery and let me know that it has 77% left. Checked my car, tires, etc. I paid nothing. That’s how they operate. All about the client.

This place is awesome. They really work hard to do right by the customer and they actually care about getting the job right and keeping costs reasonable. I have no issues with taking my car for service with them and highly recommend their shop to care for you vehicle as well.
