When my car needs maintenance or something goes wrong I go to one place…Mackert Automotive. True professionals and very knowledgeable. This past week the battery in my car died, at least I thought that’s what happened. I had it towed to Mackert of course. My car was ready the next day. I learned that my alternator was not working. They realized I had a new one installed a couple of years ago. They used the warranty for a new alternator and labor. They tested my battery and let me know that it has 77% left. Checked my car, tires, etc. I paid nothing. That’s how they operate. All about the client.

This place is awesome. They really work hard to do right by the customer and they actually care about getting the job right and keeping costs reasonable. I have no issues with taking my car for service with them and highly recommend their shop to care for you vehicle as well.

The honesty in telling a customer that work can wait is refreshing when you’re worried about a mechanic trying to add on work.
