Gig Harbor Auto Repair

Fast aand efficient service. Always courteous

Very professional, respectful establishment. Made an appointment for oil & filter replacement, Mackert contacted me when finished and gave me feedback on the work completed and recommendations/ options, regarding future concerns, with no pressure sales. Thank you for the honest experience and advice. Mark

Excellent service. Fair prices and quality work. I drive from Port Orchard to Gig Harbor for my scheduled maintenance and Chris always takes good care of us.

Really great experience. Scheduling was very easy with the on-line option. Good communication and quick drop off and pickup. My go-to place now.

Chris always provides excellent and thorough service. Much appreciated!

Always great service!

Mackert replace my AC compressor, Replaced leaking head gasket. Inspected and cleaned the brakes. Great turn-around time and good communications. I would highly recomend them!

We are pleased with Mackert Automotive's skills and customer service. They strike us as honest and easy to work with, which is a great start, but they also have reasonable pricing, and they do excellent work. I have a 2014 Honda CR-V. It's a challenge to find automotive maintenance and repair that checks positive in all those areas. I'm hoping for a long-term professional relationship for the benefit of our automotive health and well-being and for the sustainability of their needed services.

Very knowledgeable and friendly will definitely be asking for their help again
