They saved me!!! We drove cross country for thanksgiving and really destroyed our front brakes. I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra taken to Market Automotive because I had a problem with the steering. Mackert contacted me right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know of a few other minor issues with the cooling system and asked if I had any other concerns. They checked the breaks and found they were up to standard Mackert gave me a reasonable estimate for the work needed. In a few days my truck was ready and the bill was no more than the estimate I was given. I feel very confident in the experience of the mechanics and comfortable with the customer service provided. I sometimes think customer service is a thing of the past but my confidence has been restored by my recent experience with Mackert Automotive.
