Referred by a friend after Meineke failed to find the cause of our brake issues on our Tundra after weeks of being in the shop and down a vehicle and money. Mackert auto employs knowledgeable techs who not only got the job done-they are both efficient and fast. What a positive experience we had. We even had our Tundra back same-day and she drives like new! Hope is still alive in the industry-just have to find the right shop. Mackert is this shop.

I had my oil changed at my dealership and the dealer recommend additional services at dealership cost! I contacted Mackert to get a quote and see what they recommend. Mackert fees were about half and they also stated that the service wasn't required until I reached a certain mileage. When I reached that mileage (6 months later) Mackert stayed with their original quote and performed the service. They also recommend some other services. I accepted one and declined one. All repairs were completed on time and my truck runs great! The service team was very polite and professional too.
