This was our first visit to Mackert Automotive after referral from Les Schwab/Gig Harbor and friends. The service tech Chris was friendly, courteous and professional. Our alternator went out unexpectedly and we were able to get the car in late afternoon that day and the car was repaired and ready for pick-up the next day. My husband was impressed by the long service warranty that far exceeds other repair shops we've dealt with previously. We appreciate such quick turnaround, the car runs great and we'll be back next time we need another car repair!

We always appreciate the honesty and transparency that we get when we take our cars to Mackert. That, as well as the great service, is what keeps us coming back. We never feel up-sold, and we have always been given a choice to stop services, especially if a large problem is found (most recently a transmission); and Chris always talks to me as a equal, and never asks to talk to my husband, which I appreciate as I have had that experience previously.
