I had my oil changed at my dealership and the dealer recommend additional services at dealership cost! I contacted Mackert to get a quote and see what they recommend. Mackert fees were about half and they also stated that the service wasn't required until I reached a certain mileage. When I reached that mileage (6 months later) Mackert stayed with their original quote and performed the service. They also recommend some other services. I accepted one and declined one. All repairs were completed on time and my truck runs great! The service team was very polite and professional too.

We had an emergency situation while pulling our tent trailer that resulted in us having to leave the tent trailer at a camp site until we could get the truck looked at. Mackert took our vehicle without an appointment and diagnosed and fixed the problem that day. Great customer service!
