There is no room for improvement because everything is excellent. Being a female and having very limited mechanical knowledge, they are honest. I have never felt of taken advantage of financially. I have been a customer for 22 yrs and never had an problems. I have moved 4 yrs ago, I travel 50 miles around trip to continue use them.

Wonderful customer service. They took my car in on an emergency case and provided me a complImentary car while they repaired my vehicle. Highly recommend them.

Mackert to the rescue! Once again, the guys at Mackert Automotive took great care of me and my 370 Z after a rodent chewed through my wires. They found the damage right away, and kept it over the weekend just to run it and be sure they found everything. I really appreciated that.
