Gig Harbor Auto Repair

I had been asking around about a reliable auto repair company and the counter person at Westbay Auto said, if it was his vehicle, he would take it to Mackerts in Gig Harbor. He was absolutely right on. They were very professional, polite and fixed the problem quickly and within the minimum charge, which, being an electrical issue can be hard to find so I very much appreciated their honesty as well. I highly recommend them. They have my business from now on!

Very knowledgeable and thorough service

This place is amazing. I brought it in for a "clunk" that was there last year when we had taken it to the dealer but they couldn't fix it. Not only did they find it (it was just a loose bolt so not a difficult fix), but they also changed my oil. In doing so they found a worn belt which they asked to fix. Also my auto lift gate was testy. I don't know if they actually even looked at that, but it's perfect now. They had initially said it would be ready by 2 or 3, but it was done by noon. A+ service.
