Very knowledgeable and thorough service

This place is amazing. I brought it in for a "clunk" that was there last year when we had taken it to the dealer but they couldn't fix it. Not only did they find it (it was just a loose bolt so not a difficult fix), but they also changed my oil. In doing so they found a worn belt which they asked to fix. Also my auto lift gate was testy. I don't know if they actually even looked at that, but it's perfect now. They had initially said it would be ready by 2 or 3, but it was done by noon. A+ service.

My brake lights were on. Mackart got me in immediately to see what the issue is. Glad they were able to squeeze my in between their scheduled appointments. My brake lines were both leaking and a wheel bearing was bad. Potential disaster, averted. Thank goodness!

When I drop my car off for an oil change I give them permission to do any work that needs to be done because I trust them explicitly. However they call and of course get my approval for the repair and when I come back my car is ready to be safe on the road once again.
