Repaired on time also found an additional repair needed saving me a possible road breakdown. Nobody wants a road breakdown and tow so I appreciate getting it done and still in the promised time it’s great to have a good shop in Gig Harbor local and save the drive to Tacoma

I live in Seattle. I drive 65 miles to Gig Harbor to get my car serviced by Mackert Automotive! It is certainly not because I have no other options. Nice guys, they examined my vehicle, cleaned the engine and did not charge cause they suspected its a lost cause.

I went in with a busted ball joint. I asked them if they could check the brakes while they were at it because I had experienced some weirdness. They reported back threat i didn’t need new brakes, I just needed some rocks to be removed! These guys are awesome!
