My 2005. Pontiac Aztec is our 242000 mile baby we’ve had since new. Part of the longevity of our car is due to being maintained at Mackert Automotive since 2006. Last great job was the replacement of the steering rack box and power steering pump. Excellent job done and I’m thrilled our favorite vehicle drives like she will going beyond 300k. The skill and professionalism is the constant I enjoy from having our vehicles cared for by the whole team at Mackert Automotive.

This shop does excellent work for an affordable price. I recommend their services to any and all that need repairs or general maintenance. I'll never go anywhere else.

Quick service and reasonably priced. My car wouldn't start and I was able to have it towed to the shop after hours and use the key drop box. They called me the next day and explained the issue, ordered the parts and I was able to pick my car up a few days later.

Repaired on time also found an additional repair needed saving me a possible road breakdown. Nobody wants a road breakdown and tow so I appreciate getting it done and still in the promised time it’s great to have a good shop in Gig Harbor local and save the drive to Tacoma
