My go to shop, everyone is always so pleasant, accommodating, and they don't recommend more then I need.

There is no room for improvement because everything is excellent. Being a female and having very limited mechanical knowledge, they are honest. I have never felt of taken advantage of financially. I have been a customer for 22 yrs and never had an problems. I have moved 4 yrs ago, I travel 50 miles around trip to continue use them.

Wonderful customer service. They took my car in on an emergency case and provided me a complImentary car while they repaired my vehicle. Highly recommend them.

Mackert to the rescue! Once again, the guys at Mackert Automotive took great care of me and my 370 Z after a rodent chewed through my wires. They found the damage right away, and kept it over the weekend just to run it and be sure they found everything. I really appreciated that. It helped me feel confident that she wouldn’t break down on me. The guys are so great at keeping me informed. Even my bill came in less than the quote!
