I would highly recommend Mackert Auto! They worked on 3 of our vehicles within a months time, and the service techs did a great job on each one. Turn around time was pretty quick. And if I had concerns post-repair, they were quick to resolve. Chris did an awesome job as well! He's a great communicator, extremely friendly, very prompt and reliable. Thanks, Chris! Got my oil changed and my vehicle inspected for a weird sound. My car is running great, and they were very polite about everything. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.

As always, outstanding service. I was given a clear understanding of what inspections were going to be done, they called me with the results and what was and was not needed, then delivered the car on the date they committed to. Add to this, as I have used their services for years, they had kept a full history on what service or problems had been encountered over the years.

They were most considerate getting me in on a timely basis when my brakes needed maintenance, and the work was completed when promised and with only what was needed.

The diagnostic and repairs were done promptly and well, and came in below the reasonable estimate we were given. We will definitely go back with our future needs on all our vehicles. I am adding to my original review, since I’ve had work done on three of our family vehicles now, ranging from minor repairs and diagnostics to larger engine issues and persistent intermittent electrical issues, and I am extremely happy with all of it. We will only be trusting our cars and truck to Mackert!
