We had a problem that the repair staff at another shop could solve but was necessary to repair a larger issue. They recommend Mackey. I walk into the office and was impressed at a clean, organized surroundings. I didn’t have an appointment and the manager said they didn’t work on campers but he graciously said he would look at the problem. After some work on the problem, he was able to solve it so we could get our other repair done and could continue our travels. Unexpected graciousness and kindness just when you were convinced that businesses had forgotten such qualities. Thank you.

Contacted them to do work on my 2006 Volvo S 40. Something tricky happened and they couldn’t fix it, so they returned my car back to the state that I brought it to them, with no charge.

Oil change and cooling system flush were done on my F150 with great communication as always. Great shop to work with.

Once again, Mackert has come through to assist us when we had an urgent need. One day before our planned RV trip my F-150 decided it was time for brake service. Yikes! Everyone is so busy right now and overbooked. How can I get this done? Mackert to the rescue! After a quick diagnosis, they determined I just needed brake shoes on the front wheels; the next day (one day before our planned trip) they got the needed parts and performed the service. So pleased!
