This was my first-time using Mac Auto. My trailer hitch electrical receiver on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee had no power. Mac's technician checked the fuses, relays, and wiring ultimately finding an extra in line fuse that had blown that I was not aware of and was unable to find on my own recon. They replaced the fuse and all is working great! The cost was reasonable. They also performed an overall vehicle check and informed me the rear brakes were getting close to needing replacement. I will be a return customer.

The repairs were in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. Finally have found an auto repair facility that I will return to.
