Time and again, Mackert Automotive has risen to the occasion, providing insightful problem solving, in a timely way and at reasonable costs. Normally working to space their appointments out so as to meet customer expectations without overcommitting their shop and disappointing customers, I was allowed to "jump the line" when my vehicle exhibited the strangest symptoms and required immediate attention. They shoe-horned me in and went to work diagnosing a problem that required some serious investigation. I apologize to anyone whose work was delayed, but I suspect that Mackert Automotive was able to stretch for the occasional unforeseen customer need and keep everyone satisfied. Thanks to Chris and the Mackert Team for helping out once again.

It’s simple: they are honest, friendly, and honest, honest, honest. So many mechanics are not honest and want to upsell constantly. Thank goodness Mackert isn’t one of them! Oh, and they do great work.
