Affordable, trustworthy, transparent, and great customer service. I had an old F150 that had some type of short that was draining the battery. The part has been discontinued and we even tried a used one. So they came of with an easy solution to disconnect the battery when not in use. We have taken 5 cars in for service and had them do prebuyers inspections on 2 others.

I had to have my car towed to the shop on a Saturday and had no appointment. I wasn’t sure when they would even be able to look at it. They were super fast and were able to give me an estimate with in the first hours of opening for the week on Monday. They were done with my repairs and oil change by Tuesday late afternoon. They were very clear on what repairs were needed and were super nice. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done on their cars. Honest shop!

I have to say I do not normally write reviews for places. I always so I will but never do. For this business I have to make the time. I had scheduled an appointment but when I went to fill my gas tank I had an EMERGENCY. Some creep cut the filler hose to my gas tank and there was no way to put gas in my truck. I drove to them and asked if I could just leave it there until my appointment the following week. They were very accommodating and I was happy that I had even though last minute and not a regular customer they were more then accommodating. The best part is that they looked at truck the next day (Wed vs the next Mon) even though they didn’t have an appointment available, and let me know the issue. They ordered the parts and thankfully were in the next day. Which was still four days prior to my original appointment. I can not say enough and wish my schedule was accommodating enough to use them more often. They were very nice and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Fast, professional and fairly priced. Polite and courteous I will definitely return for any automotive service needs. First time that getting my car serviced was a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Once again the Mackert guys took care of me. Drove last night with a misfire. Was ready to sell my car and get something new. Dropped it this morning, a few hours later I had a new coil pack and advice to keep it. Amazing service Everytime.

Front desk personnel pleasant, helpful, appeared in good conmmunication w garage staff. Very quick service. Have come here for years with full satisfaction. They fixed an A/C problem on another car that 3 other garages couldn't(including the dealership). Highly recommend!
