I’ve always been a fan of Mackerts…about 20 + of servicing our two cars. Today exceeded my expectations however when there was no charge. A previously installed faulty part that is as not their fault but they took responsibility and I thank them!!!!

I continue to use Mackert Auto as my primary choice for my vehicles. They may not be the cheapest but they more than make up for that woth the level of honesty and service. I was asking for some work thinking I knew what was wrong. They assessed my vehicle and rather than take advantage of that they explained what was wrong and why such an expensive fix was unnecessary. They look out for their customers and lead with doing what is right rather than what makes the most money for the them. This is a rare quality in a business and should be supported by locals at the very least.

We had our A/C Unit looked at!!! These guys are Honest and Sincere!!! I’ve used them Countless times to fix our Vehicles. we will not go anywhere else to service our cars.

My experience with Mackert Automotive was fantastic! It did take about 10 days to be seen but they were very professional and friendly. It was the first time I have left an auto repair shop and felt complete confidence with the service. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work and communication !

Since I work 8 - 5 I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment. They called the next morning and kept in touch throughout the day with updates on the status of my truck. The cost was maybe a little higher than some places, but was money well spent. Mackert has always done excellent work on all of my vehicles when I take them there.
