From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me. They listened attentively to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The mechanics at the shop were highly skilled and completed the work quickly and efficiently the same day. They used high-quality parts (NKG plugs and OEM timing and drive belts) and took great care to ensure that everything was in proper working order before returning my vehicle. The cost total was less than the Honda dealership for a tuneup, timing belt and water pump replacement. Overall, I highly recommend Mackert Automotive repair shop to anyone in need of top-notch service. They went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service and I will definitely be returning for any future car repairs Or maintenance.
